Project Background

More and more banks are requesting e-documents solutions to help enhance the customer experience as well as improve the bank working efficiency, whats more, banks, government and offices need the e-document solution for validation purpose.

To solve the current workflow issues, Wisecard provide an eDocument Management System to help bank manage the eDocuments, improve the validation and approve process. This system is able to provide more efficient, reliable and professional management procedure for bank.

System Structure

eDocument Management System is B/S structure, database can be MySQL, SQLServer or Oracle, user can access system from any browser which has access permission .

This system is allowed user to define the User Group, different user group have different access rights, system has 3 default user groups as below

Administrator

Administrator is the system manager, user under this user group is for system parameter configuration, application type/level configuration and user management.

Branch Tellers

Branch Teller is handling the document scan, application documents loading, branch is also able to check the application status.

Data Center supervisor

Document exam supervisor, user under this user group is able to exam the document authenticity, integrity and decide to give the applicant approve or reject.
